Sarah Rafferty
Sarah fell in love with acting from a young age, while she was still at school for prep. It all started when her drama teacher spotted her trudging across the grass trying to get ready for the field hockey game on time. He informed her that she could not miss the practice to join Richard III's group. Sarah was captivated by acting seriously and chose to double major in English and theater at Hamilton College. She studied in the UK at Oxford and London throughout her junior years and was awarded a magnacum laude. After Hamilton She attended Yale Drama School. She was awed by learning about the arts was supported by her parents, her mother who was the chairperson for the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father is a talented artist. It is clear that her training and talents paid off. She has also appeared on various TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A Trace CSI Miami Bones, feature films like Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. She is also a part of various stage productions like Gemini and As You Like It. Sarah is an active advocate for the Alzheimer's Association since she began performing on television. Sarah was the host of their Sardi's Party every year for three consecutive years, and she also spoke at this year's Sardi's. Sarah currently lives in both the west and east coasts, with her two daughters. Sarah travels to Toronto often for work.
